Three Recoating Techniques

to best fit the needs of individual plants:

Direct -

Takes advantage of present coating activity and loading to minimize cost and structure wear



Full -

Complete coating removal and re-application techniques required when present coating has reached its end life

Remesh -

Enables recovery of structure value when mesh has become thin or remote recoating technique required



All recoated options

include a full leak check and backpan nickel replacement.



Only source

of reliable spares during the recoat cycle. Spares can be made
available on a lease basis to minimize capital investment while eliminating
production losses.

Anodes

will be inspected for complete repair and, upon customer approval, repaired using Gruppo De Nora's proprietary techniques.

has different anode coatings available for any voltage or oxygen evolution requirement. Ask your salesman for information on each type.

voltage savings throughout the world as well as our in-situ Voltage Reduction
Solution (VRS™). Each coating had different characteristics in resistance to shutdowns and iron, hydrogen over potential and price which can be
